It started 10 years ago, there was only blank satin sash at beginning.
From year to year, we have more various satin sashes, such as blank sashes, hen party sashes,
birthday sashes, pageant sashes, bride to be sashes and so on.
And we have already expanded to manufacture tutu skirts, veils, cape, mask……

Fabric
Satin fabric is the most commonly used material for sash making,So the quality of the satin fabric is important for a wonderful sash.
The satin fabric we used is 125g/m2 (Usually, other manufacturers use 80g/m2, even 65g/m2). That makes satin sash more comfortable.
We also increase the density of mesh fabric for tutu skirts and veils, so that makes items more vertical. And the sequin we used is made from new raw material. That makes sequin more shining and softer.
Fabric Cutting
Satin is one of the woven fabric, if cutting as usual ways, the thread will be easily pulled out by something. In this case, we should use sewing or overlocking to prevent it.
For the single layer sash or other special sashes, we use the laser cutting, and the high temperature will lock the edge of fabric, so that the thread will not be pulled out. And laser cutting can cut exactly the shape of your artwork.

Printing
In order to print multi-color logos on various fabrics, we use plenty of printing ways, including silk screen printing, hot transfer, sublimation etc.
Silk screen printing for simple designs, cost effective for large batches.Sublimation printing for extensive color options, but not available for all fabrics.
Sewing
Half of sewing work should be done by hand, so experienced sewing workers are really important for perfect products.
Half of sewing workers from us have 10 years’ experience. 1/4 of them have experience over 5-8 years. The remaining sewing workers also have experience over 3 years. Experienced sewing workers can make items more symmetrical and smooth.
